Butchers and meat cutters
Breaking down carcasses, cutting to order, and keeping the case full.
A market, a kitchen, a bar and a processing floor, all under one roof on Miller Road.
Harris County Meats is family owned and operated. The butchers cut on site every morning, the kitchen cooks from the same case, and we run our own poultry processing. Most days you will see the work happening around you.
We hire people who show up, take care with the work, and look after the customer in front of them. Experience helps for some roles and is not needed for others. If you are willing to learn the trade, we will teach it.
Our crew speaks English and Spanish, and so do our customers. Either is fine here.
These are the kinds of work we take people on for. Openings change through the year, so tell us what you are after and we will let you know what is going.
